Competition Rules

Every competition must have rules. Most competitions experience false attempts to claim the prize so it’s important our genuine winners need to be protected. This competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered.

The winning number is displayed on our website and is changed the last Friday of every month at 3:00pm. To claim the prize you must do so before the number changes, either:

If your prize draw card number matches the number on our website, you can claim the prize on offer providing you have registered the card number details prior to the draw being made.

If you have indicated that we are allowed to contact you, we will make every attempt to get hold of you by ‘phone/email/visit. We will then advise you that you are the lucky winner and we will make arrangements to get your prize to you.

If we have been unable to get a response from you, by the following Friday at 3pm from the draw taking place, you will sadly have forfeited the prize which will now go to another number drawn.

If you have indicated that we cannot make contact with you then it is your responsibility to check the website for the number being updated and it is your responsibility to make contact with us to claim your prize.

To claim the prize, you must show the card to us at our office before 3pm the following Friday to be able to claim. This can be in person, by post or by a photograph provided by email. If you do not claim by 3pm the following Friday after the draw, you will not be able to claim the prize.

In the event that the first number fails to claim, either because we have been unable to make contact or the winner has failed to contact PAS Safe Solutions within the allotted time, we will pass the prize to a 2nd number drawn following the same process. We will repeat this for 5 numbers. If all numbers fail to collect the prize, the competition will be run again the following month.

The winning number is displayed on our website from 3pm every last Friday in the month and changes each month. We reserve the right to run the competition on different days or to have multiple competitions in any one month. If your prize draw card number matches the number on our website, you can claim the prize on offer. You can claim the prize on as long as you have pre-registered your unique prize draw card(s) prior to the draw being made.

We can then arrange for you to show us your prize card when we deliver the prize to you. Even if you have pre-registered your unique prize draw card, if you neither show us the card nor call us before 3pm the following Friday, you cannot claim.

Where claiming the prize contact should, in the first instance, be made by telephone between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 01995 510184. Our switchboard closes at 5pm but you can leave a message.

Once the number has changed no claim can be brought under a previous winning number. If you do not claim the prize before a new number is publicised on the PAS Safe Solutions Limited website, you will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

The winner must provide their name and address to claim the prize and the winning card must be produced either to claim the prize or at the time of collection, depending on how the prize is claimed. The prize must either be collected from our premises by pre-arranged appointment within 8 weeks and there is no cash alternative or you must make arrangements to allow us to deliver the prize. Details of the winner are published on our website and it is a condition of collection/delivery of the prize that you consent to this.

PAS Safe Solutions Limited does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or postal service. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Whilst PAS Safe Solutions Limited provide a winning number notification service no liability or responsibility is accepted for notifying entrants of the winning number and pre-registration of a card places no obligation on PAS Safe Solutions Limited to identify or notify the winner of the fact that their number has been drawn.

The competition must be entered in to in the utmost good faith by all parties. If, in the opinion of the directors of PAS Safe Solutions Limited, there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the winning ticket has been obtained improperly or tampered with it shall be held invalid and their decision as to its validity shall be final. Fraudulent attempts to claim the prize will be reported to the police.

Where there are two claimants for a number and both can show proof of the card in question and we are unable to establish which is genuine, the decision as to who wins the prize in question is purely at the discretion of PAS Safe Solutions Limited and no further discussion will be entered into.

In certain instances where a prize is being claimed by multiple ticket holders which means that we are unable to establish who the true winner is, the directors may elect to call that month’s draw null and void strictly at their discretion. The prize may, again at the discretion of the directors choose to award that prize to a charity of their choice. No discussion will be entered into where this course of action has become necessary.

PAS Safe Solutions Limited are authorised to use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering this competition and for marketing purposes only. They will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. Your details will be shared between PAS Safe Solutions Limited and UK Energy Saving Experts Limited which trades as Olympus Energy for the purposes of updating you with services related to the Energy Company Obligation (ECO).

Any decision of the partners of PAS Safe Solutions Limited with regard to application of these rules is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

This competition is not open to employees or contractors of PAS Safe Solutions Limited, their family or friends. It is also not open to employees or contractors of UK Energy Saving Experts Limited which trades as Olympus Energy.

You must be aged 18 years or over in order to enter this competition and proof of date of birth may be required in order to claim any prizes.

No purchase is necessary in order to enter this draw. Cards have no value whatsoever and any numbers that have been exchanged for cash may be withdrawn from the numbers in play.

PAS Safe Solutions Limited reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.
